Brent was great. We had a very tricky loan... buying a house from my fathers estate in which I was the administrator and he owed not one but 2 mortgages on the property. Brent helped me sort out the mess and get this done all the while fighting the clock since the first mortgage debtor had filed foreclosure and had house up for auction!! A lot, I know!! Well with his help- we got it done the day before auction. He went above and beyond by getting second mortgage debtor to take 9k less!!!
