Richard is that rare mix of a total professional yet friendly and compassionate He is smart and knows his field. He listened and paid attention to what we had to say thus solving basic issues expeditiously. While the paperwork involved is endless, he explained things along the way so we could make sense of it all. He NEVER failed to return a phone call, and ALWAYS called back EXACTLY when he promised. He was a joy to deal with and we would recommend him without hesitation.

This will be long.. However, if this story doesn't convince you to go with Mona, perhaps you need to learn a lesson just like I did. I'm going to try to put this in a nutshell.. My cousin recommended Mona before I started seriously looking for a house. I forgot about her recommendation in the all the commotion of putting in an offer and went with who my realtor suggested.
