This was my first home purchase and going into it I was really pessimistic about the whole process. After dealing with Jeremy the first couple of weeks, that all went out the door. Jeremy made this process a great experience for me and at no point was I ever discouraged. I'm so glad Jeremy was referred to me and I will utilize his services again if needed. After being told for two years that nobody could help us, we had all but given up hope. After a friend gave me Jeremy's contact info I thought last try. From the very beginning Jeremy exceeded our expectations. When he said that he was going to do something he always followed though. And he was very patient in explaining everything to my husband and I in terms that we could understand. Happy to say that after being told no for two years, we were able to close on our refi loan yesterday!
