This was our second home purchase, our first in Minnesota. After our first home, we can safely say that this was much smother than our first mortgage. The length of paperwork required was agonizing to say the very least. It was unbelievable as to how smooth working with Mona at Bay Equity is. We bought ourselves a great home, however it will not be our last. We will be returning customers with Bay Equity for our next purchase, and are very thankful to come across a great mortgage lending company!

We were first time home buyers, found a house, fell in love, moved in a little over month later. Mona and her team were extremely helpful every step of the way. Mona and her team did a wonderful job during the entire loan process! Moving and buying my 3rd home this was the easiest and least stressful experience I have ever encountered. Our loan prior to US BANK with our previous home came down to the wire and we were stressed right to the last minute.
