I had a loan where the realtors (both sides) were being real bears about the length of time it was taking to get the loan done. I had explained that all lenders have longer turn times due to the recent refi/housing boom and that they are doing the best they can. Two individuals from PRMG went WAY above and Beyond to get both docs out and funding packages reviewed to get this deal closed. Both individuals stayed to 9:30 at night both times to make sure I got docs and funding. That was awesome!
