Josh consistently provided updated information to me on a timely basis. He took the time to explain different scenarios to me; so that, I felt as if he had my best interest at heart. Chris is very resourceful and knowledgeable. He always gets back to me in a timely manner and does what he can to move the files along. My only suggestion would be to work on the way that conditions are uploaded and ensure that they are removed from the condition lists once received or that the u/w makes notes when documents are not accepted. Sometimes it's difficult to tell if a condition was overlooked, not acceptable, or never uploaded.
