We felt that we obtained a very reasonable interest rate, Brent made it all very easy, everything that was supposed to happen, did happen we had only some minor variances that were quickly resolved, overall a very good experience and very professional, minimum leg work on our part. Another one closed with Kirk Stoffel at PRMG and as always, my buyers are totally happy with him and me! I have used Kirk Stoffel as my go to Lender for many years.
