What makes it great for me is the communication. I respond fast to my realtors and clients and I expect the same! Laurie texts, calls or emails me very quickly and I appreciate that because I want to get answers to my clients and realtors immediately. There were a few hiccups with the Puana file but I understand things happen and sometimes cannot be avoided but the pulled through and got this loan closed on time which was really important because I'm trying to impress the listing agent to use me in the future.
