From day one Brent offered the best advice! My loan transaction was seamless. I put an offer on a house and 20 days later I was at the title office closing! The convenience of the electronic documents and scanning my information kept me from having to do in person signing. When I was closing at the title office they said they have never worked with a loan agency where things went as smooth as they did. My only complaint is that I didn’t get to meet Brent in person to say thank you for helping me start my new beginning.

Dominic explained everything is such finite detail that we always knew where we were in the process and what to do, even when things weren't always so clear during the construction. he communicated day and night, and even when the extra mile to assist in issues that were not even in his "job description".
