Dawn took her time to explain the process to me on multiple occasions and guided me through the process step-by-step. She even hopped on calls with me several times to explain calculations, timing, how to submit documents, etc. I'm sure she has many clients at a time, but I always felt as though I was her #1 priority. Additionally, she is clearly an expert in her field, but she never spoke with an ego or made me feel uncomfortable because I know so little.
