RecommendedI have used them three times for problems associated with an A/C unit we are trying to baby through the summer. They are always professional, and the woman on the phone is so helpful and kind. She has worked us an appointment in every time we call. Finally, the owner has helped us with pricing since both of us were effected by the pandemic. Will go to them first.

RecommendedThis is the second time I've had Pro Air come out to my home and both times were fantastic experiences. First time was to troubleshoot heat that wasn't shutting off. I contacted them and the owner personally came out that same afternoon and within a few minutes determined it was a faulty thermostat. Contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the thermostat free of charge. RecommendedWhen my AC stopped working I called Pro Air and customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Connie was very sweet and helpful and promised to get a technician out quickly. The problem was corrected in a timely manner and I will surely recommend ProAir to all my friends and neighbors.

The little things matter to them, and my experience with them in every instance has been that they are there for what you need and not just to sell you something.
