They sent out two very young guys to replace three patches in our lawn. What they placed in the lawn does not match our lawn color. The owner himself came out to do the estimate and order what type of grass to match our lawn. In addition, the replacement sod had a very hard time taking hold, the reason being that there was not enough soil with the sod.
