We are almost finished with our yard. Our house is old and whenever we have a bed storm my basement floods. We finally called to get help with drainage issues. First and foremost, a company is only a good as its employees. The men working on our patio/yard are very professional and polite. They come 1st thing in the morning and continue working straight through this horrible heat wave. (Real feel has been 104-107° all week) Most days they're here from 8am-8pm! I was very happy with the foundation drainage Pro Cut installed on two sides of my late 1970s home. The job was to seal, install a membrane, put in gravel, and connect to a drain for a section of the front foundation; and the correction of water intrusion through the top of my foundation in the back. I got several estimates, and they came back competitively on price, but as important were the only ones to accurately diagnose the problem going on in the back. Pro Cut provides very professional services to all its customers. Since Pro Cut has been servicing my irrigation system all year round lawn has improved greatly. The lawn has come back dramatically with the programming of system correctly. The ladies in the office are always pleasant and willing to explain every detail to you and make sure you understand what service they are going to provide for you no hidden surprises. In these trying times it’s great to see a company that values its customers.
Bill, the owner, is professional courteous and an expert in his field. He met with us to discuss the scope of work we wanted. He custom designed a layout that was beautiful and magnified the curb appeal of our home. Pricing was worth every penny, for the work they did.
