Damien at Pro Painting did an excellent job. I was promised the job would be completed in 2 days and they kept their promise. His crew showed up on time both days. They will also do a walk through and touch up any areas you feel was not done correctly. I highly recommend Pro Painting!

Outstanding! That is what we experienced from the moment we first made contact with PRO Painting LLC. Starting with the initial contact until the painting was completed, we were provided exceptional service. Kyle met with us and asked several questions to fully understand our paint project. He was very patient as we asked him about the company and what to expect during the project. PRO Painting made every step very easy start to finish. Oh.. the paint work was exceptional. The crew arrived on time each day and work diligentl... read more

I didn’t use them due to excessive contact regarding getting me a quote. It was a big turn off to be texted, called, and messaged on this platform.

I am not happy with the Job done for painting my whole house. Painters left some baseboards unpainted, washed the paint on blanco sink which got penetrated. No suggestions at all, if you are doing wood floor, baseboards painting should have been stopped which is a min recommendation for customers.

Couldn't match existing cabinet finish. They ignored me for months with requests to correct. Had to hire another contractor who completed the work in a matter of days.

I ended up not needing this, but never am even got a reply. I’m in sales, I reply no matter what

Business response:

Hi Jason, We are very diligent with our responses and your request simply disappeared in Thumbtack. Looks like a glitch on thumbtacks side. Unfortunately this does happen occasionally. Our apologies for the inconvenience and will address it with thumbtack. We only noticed this once you review posted. We would appreciate if you took this into consideration. Have a wonderful day.

This company’s bid was $2,000 higher than the next bid to paint my house. I made the decision to go with this firm because they were so nice at the walkthrough and I was very busy and decided to treat myself with a turn key painter. The result was horrific. They did a nice job spraying latex paint on a back structure. But I do not recommend hiring the firm for any job requiring exterior brushwork with wood prep. My historic house had brand new cypress horizontal lap siding on the rear which the carpenter had back primed leav... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your review and helping us do better. We would also like to apologize for your experience. In assisting you with your beautiful historical restoration house that needed very particular attention we understand that this was no normal process and that we should have discussed your expectations in to further detail prior to beginning the project. If there is anything we can do to better the situation please let us know. We wish you all the best in the completion of your beautiful home.
