There is nothing more intimidating than purchasing a new home. We have a great real estate agent that recommended Joey and Pro Restoration Plus because of his experience and knowledge about old homes. We are in the process of buying at 2 story 1906 Dutch Colonial home with a grambel roof. It has wood shingles/siding on parts of the roof and a gutter system we couldn’t see and knew nothing about.
