They were extremely prompt, polite, and professional. They were very thorough and the whole process of setting up and clearing the roots from the sewer line only took about 20 minutes. I will definitely be calling them in the future!

Spent $3,000 with them to replace and wire 2 lift station pumps. Less than a week later they weren't working. They came out and cut a pump out and told me it was jammed with something. Unprofessionally, they said it's my problem now and turned the whole system off and left. We had to call a different company out to fix Pro Rooters mistakes. They found a large thick zip tie was stuck in the pump, burning up the motor. (the same zip ties Pro Rooter used to hang the wires) It looked like they had just dropped one while working.... read more
