Sam was very efficient. Took pictures before doing any work so that we fully understood what had to be done. Unfortunately more work had to be done than we expected at a greater cost. However, we are pleased with the work.
They were quick to respond to my call, and quick to come and complete the job, courteous, and clean while completing the job.

Workmanship was good, both technicians were professional but I fine the added cost high.
This company made a new crown for our masonry chimney. They were honest and communicated well. Another company had said that we needed to rebuild our entire chimney from the roof up for $3800. Pro-Tech said all we needed was a new crown. Office person(woman) was very helpful and communicated very well.
The team from Pro-Tech repaired and capped my chimney; they arrived on time, did quality work for a very fair price. They were pleasant to deal with and gave a lifetime warranty on the cap and 10 years on the repair. I would definitely use them again.
