My 10 1/2 y/o female GSD service dog Brikka goes wherever I do & gets complimented every time we're out (most recently to the ballet & theatre, and she is a pro on airplanes which we fly on twice yearly as I live bi-coastally & also when we're at a restaurant). It's normal to hear "what a wonderful, sweet dog" & "she is so well behaved." This is due to Brikka's training at Pro-Train under Mark Castillero's tutelage. Our dog "Never" is an American cocker spaniel whom we took to training classes at another school-Petcoach which opened her up to bad habits of treats and jumping up constantly and nipping the kids hands for treats. Trying to unwind the bad behavior wasn't working with many consultants. We reached out to Pro-Train and did board/ train. Pro-Train has changed my dog for the better. His confidence has increased immensely. He’s barking less and is more responsive to commands and is actually much cuddlier than he was before. The trainers are hands down the best. They are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that you might have. The training is also good for life so if the dog needs tuneups in training they’ll do it no additional charge. I would and have recommended them to everyone.

I have been a Pro-Train client since 2004. Mark is the world's greatest guide dog trainer. He custom trained two beautiful Labs; Scooby and Captain to guide me from a motorized wheelchair after all of the non-profit guide dog training programs turned me away because I have severe cerebral palsy and use a wheelchair for mobility in addition to being nearly blind.
