As a long-time patron of Professional Gynecological Services, I regret to say that the quality of service has significantly declined in recent years. Despite my loyalty and years of patronage, the waiting times have become increasingly unacceptable. Without fail, every appointment I schedule results in a minimum one-hour wait before seeing the doctor. While I've been a patient for years, the deterioration in service has been disheartening. I have no issues with my appointment. I find this to be the smoothest appointment I ever had. Staff were all so professional and kind to ones needs. They were ready to help you if you had a question on any topic. My exam was informative 👌 to my health and they took time to explain. I even found out things about me no other exam ever told me. Technically you you are in the right hands. My doctor reassured me of all my concerns. I was very pleased with my visit that I treated myself to a cheesecake at Junior's. 🤗
This is my first time here it's really pretty and festive also the workers are really nice and helpful I really like and appreciate that because other places has nasty workers acting like they don't want to be at work unlike everyone here so sweet and welcoming.
The clinic turned out to be a very pleasant place. I have problems with the English language, and I speak only Russian. The clinic staff happily interviewed me in Russian (sometimes using a translator). Doctors Irina and Ultrasound Doctor Alena are very nice women, too. Many thanks to you and the clinic❤️
First I would like to say Dr. miller is a great doctor she made me feel very comfortable, talked me through everything made sure i was okay at every step and made sure every request was handled in the same appointment. The MA Asha was such a great person very sweet and thorough, the sonogram tech was the same.. very sweet people. The phlebotomist and the woman that checked me in as well.
