The four stars this company lost are solely due to their Maintenance Supervisor. Having worked in that role myself, I was shocked by the incompetence and unethical practices I witnessed. My condenser developed a leak due to a manufacturing defect, and the technician recommended a silver solder repair to his supervisor. However, the supervisor pressured him to push a new condenser for $5,287 or a full outside unit replacement with the cost "To Be Quoted."
