Moved in yesterday. No hot water from kitchen sink. No hot water master bath after letting it run for 10 minutes. No water at all in hallway bath. Master bath fan broke. Chain lock on front door broken. Absolutely ridiculous that apartment was not gone thru prior to my move in to make sure basic necessities in proper working order.
There are good things about the apartment. There are many so so things about the apartment. There are some bad things about the apartment. Overall, it’s ok. I just moved in a couple of days ago. I’ll update the review again. I would not discount this place as an option, but right now i would not necessarily recommend it either. Thanks!
I’ve been leasing with them for 3 months & have had nothing but problems. They are lazy and don’t want to fix anything. All the basement apartments flood and they make lies about why they flood & don’t fix the issue. The weather has been below freezing & I’ve been calling a week straight to get my heater fixed with no response. The property manager mark is a liar as well. Do not recommend PLS at all.
Jessica was a fantastic agent, friendly, intelligent and responds quickly. The application was also pretty easy to use, and I didn’t have any problems. The studio is a rare deal, I’m excited to move in!
If you're a property owner looking for a company to manage it, look elsewhere! PLS will let it go downhill while they pocket profits and cost you a lot in the long run. They will lie, cut corners and steal from you. Don't make the mistake of allowing this company to destroy your properties and your investment.
