Great service, very friendly staff no complain
Terrible experience, Trinidad one of the managers, does not answers phone calls nor emails. The staff is lost, in all aspects. If I call today and talk to carol, for instance, and call tomorrow concerning the same topic, carol will be totally lost. It seems to me, that after 5 pm, their brains are deleted, and every new day is like a new beginning for the company staff. Called them over a month ago to fix a leak on my roof. NOTHING. Still leaking in my master bedroom and closet. Raining as I wire this. Water stains multiplying. Very unprofessional management.
