I love progress. Many rate it poorly but I’ve lived in two progress homes back to back for nearly 4 years now. The people are amazing, the process is simple from start to finish, from viewing a home to move in it’s just easy! Pay your rent on time and don’t tear stuff up and you will never have an issue with them. I even got 99% of my deposit back from my first home. Don’t listen to the negativity. I must say, Progress Residential is okay with me. I rented from them for 5 years. They were timely with repairs; anytime I called they came up with a solution to provide my family with a safe home. I'm grateful for that. Paid my rent on time (it did raise yearly; but, I also understood market rates). I know that if I had to rent with a company again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Progress.
Alvaro provided exceptional service for our maintenance request. He was on time, friendly and prompt with the repair. He took the time to introduce himself and ask if he may enter our home. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. Overall great service!
Alvaro was amazingly helpful in fulfilling my maintenance request. The order was completed swiftly. I put the order in that morning around 8:30 and the job was completed before 11 AM. He asked if there were other things that need to be attended to and he showed me some great home living tips since it's my first time in a house and not an apartment. It was truly a great experience. And he was so kind to my dog. Extra bonus points.
EIAD did such a great job with my home repairs ! Time efficient & very respectful. He provided me with tips to keep up with the maintenance on smaller things. 10/10 recommend his services.
