They are very prompt to any issues with the house. There mantainance is great. When we first moved in the dishwasher was not working all that well. I contacted Progress and we had a new one in two days. They are very responsive to getting back to you. I would work with them again.

Worst property management company out there
This company will rent to you, take all your money, and still leave an eviction summary on your record even though your ledger says you have a zero balance. They will transfer you all over the place to more people who don’t have a reason as to why it happened. Don't waste your time and money!!!!!
Terrible experience will only bother to call or respond when it comes to deposit then no longer answer. DO NOT put any money down before seeing property 2 days prior to move in we found squatters in the house after flying in from east coast, they only let you apply 12 days prior to move in and then do not offer video tours and do not look at the property themselves. Got approved on April 10 for a home in Las Vegas and the home is still not available to view and tomorrow (May 18) is supposed to be my move in date. Haven’t had any luck with getting any kind of communication on as to when and why my home isn’t ready to view but it’s been past 30 days and the days keep changing and no one is returning my call. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend renting a home from this company ever! Feels like a scam!
