Absolutely the most fraudulent rental company. Please stay away from this company. All military please stay away. They have every intention of keeping your security deposit. They are very terrible. No military should ever recommend this company. . Please do not rent from them.

I read a few reviews online when we first started dealing with Progress Residential but naively thought things would still somehow work out for us. We were looking at a remolded rental in a prestigious community in South Broward. They first hooked us with the $45 application fee, $1000 off our first month, full security and no last month. So 5k move in as opposed to 9k which sounded enticing. Overall I feel that Progress Residential May have been a great company to rent from. However, I was disallowed the opportunity to find out due to a very rude realtor by the name of April D*****. I spoke with her and explained that the house was listed as a 5br, 2ba-2 story Home and it seemed very odd to me that it only had 2 bathrooms. I wanted to know if all of the bathrooms were upstairs and if there was a bedroom downstairs as well. My wife and I rent from Progress Residential and made a partial payment which has never been returned and is still in the possession of Progress residential. They never informed us that the payment would be returned but instead filed eviction proceedings. We have contacted Arica D***n about this several times and she has yet to respond. They are unprofessional and it is illegal to evict and accept partial payment in Georgia. If anybody else has had this happen to them with Progress Residential please contact me.
