PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I attempted to rent a home from progress residential about a month ago. My application got approved and I was waiting to view the coming soon home. I viewed the home (with my contractor), the home had mold under the kitchen cabinet that was covered up by a board, my contractor discovered a leak in the bathroom that was covered up with popcorn ceiling. When I read the reviews I thought it could not be that bad, but no it's worse. We moved in October and were told they were not going to renew because they want to sell the property. When we asked if there would be any penalty for moving early since they want to sell we were informed there would not be. We submitted our notice to vacate for March 31st and were told there would be an early termination fee. Renting from this company was a horrible experience. Even though when it comes to the roof that my family and I lived under is a deeply personal experience, I will try to summarize in the most objective way possible (there are many, many things that I can share): - It took these people a week to give us the key, which was not in the lockbox, per their instructions. - The whole year we were there, the smart lock did not work and we got charged for smart features, nowhere to be found in the home. - The home was terribly mainta... read more
Excellent worker! I would hire Darius if it was my company. He was prompt, called to confirm appointment, and corrected the wrong installation of our dishwasher. What my husband and I appreciated was the fact he showed and educated us on the things that needed correction. Pleasant and great attitude and very respectful of our new home. If at possible I am putting in a Permanent request for him to provide our service calls. Edwardo was amazing! Super fast and easy to work with. He helped with our tub and was able to fix our broken drawer. Definitely recommend.
