Let me start by saying I am petrified of the dentist. I had a dental emergency and they squeezed me in early the next morning. I have never felt more comfortable at the dentist. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They explained everything they were doing before they did it and kept checking on my pain levels. It was my first time at this office. I felt very safe with their precautions they they had in place with COVID. My hygienist did a excellent job very thorough with cleaning. Dr Rao was very nice and explained things clearly. I will be bring my whole family to Progressive Dental. I don’t want to forget the up front girls so professional and polite.
Sat was my first time going to Progressive Dental. My previous Dentist retired and I chose Progressive as my new Dentist.. They are taking every precaution thru Covid. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very happy with my choice.
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. My hygienist and Dr. Rao were very gentle with my sore gums.
I was greeted by wonderful staff who made me feel very important. I admired how the office staff were on top of keeping everything well sanitized. I truly had an awesome experience.
Had my root canal done less than one week after my initial visit. Anesthetic was local, there was no pain, staff from Kayley to Lauren to Jamie & Dr Rao were friendly and professional. I am impressed and happy with Progressive Dental!

This office has always been able to fit me in in case of an emergency, everyone one that works there is super friendly. The dentist is one of the most compassionate persons I have dealt with. (This is even after I had teeth extracted)
From walking in the front door, until you leave everyone was helpful, courteous and professional. My visits have always been positive!
