The staff at Dr. Durr's Office is always professional and conscientious of patients care and time. They provide excellent communication regarding visits and expectations of dental care. They eliminate anxiety of dentist visits. The Office Manager provides excellent customer service relative to insurance benefits and viable options!

The staff is very friendly and professional. As a registered nurse I have learn that providing clients with important information during a procedure can help to allay their fears. I would like to have more communication from the dentist during the procedure. The clients cannot always ask questions during the procedure, therefore I think it would help clients feel more comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate your courteous and professional care.
