Very pleased with the Service from this company. Shane spent a couple of hours clearly explaining the ins and outs of solar and the possible benefits. No ridiculous promises were made. They actually brought forward the installation, which was carried out professionally and speedily, ending with installation of the App and explanation of how to get the best out of it. I would definitely recommend.

I was visited by a very pleasant, knowledgable advisor initially who surveyed my property, explained everything in detail. Creating a very detailed proposal and forecast for the suitability and efficacy of Solar panels on my home - 9 PV panels and 5.8kwh Battery. Two of the installers came to do a further survey which addressed a couple of the more site specific needs. Excellent from first appointment when the solar scheme was fully explained we had plenty of questions which were fully explained. The installation was very smooth and efficient. We were well informed how everything worked once installed. We have been very satisfied with Project Solar. They also kept in contact to make sure we were happy with everything

Overall excellent service, even more so when a hitch on the day was over-come swiftly and effectively with good communication, meaning I was up generating by mid-afternoon.

We took the plunge and ordered our solar panel system from Project Solar and am glad we did. From the survey to final install the service was excellent.The home visit from the consultant answered all our questions.Time lines were kept to and the job was completed earlier than expected. Both the electrician and the installers were polite and helpful when I asked questions. No mess all cleared up. We are really pleased with our 13 solar panels, invertor and 6w battery set up. Jonathan the sales rep was knowledgeable and informative. The scaffolding company were friendly and time efficient. Lastly the installer Daniel was lovely. He cleaned up after himself and his work was all done to a high standard. We went from survey to install in little over two weeks!!! Never expected that level of efficiency. I can now smugly look at the smart meter and see "0" on the display when the panels are operating. Despite the Great British Summer of recent days our system has run the house consistently on the solar panels alone and the battery as back up and still export to the grid :) The professionalism of everyone we have had contact with has been brilliant from the survey to the install and the phone calls in between. From the meeting with the sale team to the installation of our solar panels I can not fault this company. The team were lovely and always helpful and supportive through out. The sale man we spoke to was very open and honest and straight up with any queries we had. The scaffolding guy were also great and very quick and efficient. The installing team were helpful, didn’t leave a mess and very friendly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who isn’t sure about solar energy for an in site into the benefits.
