In between we followed Dr Longo’s Longevity diet I have lost 10.2 lb in 5 weeks -now 138.3 (5’5”) My husband has lost 14.1 lb - now 178.9 (5’10”) We feel great and are convinced this is the right way to go, especially making the Longevity Diet a way of life.
RecommendedI am on my 8th Prolon fast in 2 years, and I think it is a great product. I was on the very high end of a normal BMI score when I started.
