Les went above and beyond the call of duty me and my husband. He was able to explain complicated things in a manner we could understand. When I had an issue with my employer he offered to personally go get the information himself. He listened to me be a crybaby when I became overwhelmed. He's genuinely empathetic to you and your needs as he guides you through the twists and turns of a new, and sometimes scary experience.
