Property Management Associates (PMA) is a pretty unethical company. Their apartment managers are shady and provide substandard service. They are not responsive to maintenance issues. the worst company, directed by jodi. Dismisses managers like dogs, do not keep the buildings in good condition, and hires supervisors like Kathleen McGrath, who is like her, one sergeant.

Apartment complex is poorly maintained with no manager in the past two months. Leaks from garage has ruined the paint job on my car and the Kathleen from PMA says they are not liable.

Horrible experience, took our deposit and credit check fees for a unit that was already rented. Being told that a unit is yours just to find out days later that it is not is not was unprofessional.

Editorial review from Citysearch very unprofessional, this goes for resident managers and ""supervisors"". impossible to get a hold of anyone and when you do, they tell you they will call you back and never do. very rude, contradicting, money hungry, unreliable.
