Great Place! The new management company is working so hard to make the complex a beautiful place. It’s in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping places.

Wonderful I love living at Prosper Apartments. The new apartment renovations have made the buildings beautiful inside and out. The new property management company Keeley is very responsive and helpful to residents. Maintenance requests are taken care of fairly quickly compared to the old management company.

great place and great location the staff are friendly, the remodeling they have done looks very nice and it is located so close to everything, without feeling crowded.

Tenant Appreciate all the property upgrades. Personally if I have a concern the staff tries to handle and resolve in a timely manner. Yes there were concerns when the old management had it. No world is perfect but we try daily.

Good Area! All of the staff members are very polite and welcoming. With their newly remodeled units this place can almost qualify for 5 stars. Definitely looking forward to living here for a few years. Super stoked to see how Prosper will turn out in the end. Thank you Prosper for all that you do!
