The office staff and dr were so wonderful from the moment i entered the office! From the free keurig coffee, other drinks, n snacks to the sweet "ocean view" ceilings in the treatment rooms, it was clear that customer comfort and customer satisfaction is very important. Someone put alot of thought into every aspect of patient care. Robert was totally great with making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Iranmanesh and all his staff are fantastic: very professional, well mannered and courteous, genuinely caring, kind and friendly. On time and excellent follow up of appointments, remind appointments, prescriptions to be called in, etc. They explain well what needs to be done, what they’re going to do and why. So far have dealt with Dr. Reba Iranmanesh, Robert, Rosa, Liz and Topacio, all great (hope I’m not forgetting anyone). Definitely 5/5 and recommend.
