Very friendly and professional, our guy Jared was very respectful and polite and knowledgeable about the product. This was our first application so we are excited to see the results. Was happy to see they took down wasp nest and spider webs, was also careful throughout my garden area. He did way more than I even expected. Very pleased so far!
Technician Brian does a thorough job. Sprayed inside house with organic spider spray. Outside and garage plus knocked down and disposed of large wasp nest. Rebaited mousetrap. Like they retreat for free any pest problem in between quarterly services.
Very professional people with excellent service. Easy to communicate with, whether by text, voice call, or the online account. Probably the best service I have ever had for exterior pest control, the only thing we have required to date.
The workers are nice but unfortunately the sales guy was TOO pushy. We have a sign on our door specifically stating NO SOLICITING but he still proceeded to knock on our door... Not to mention, he pushed us into signing up and never gave us a choice to opt out of it. NOW we are stuck in a contract that we'll have to pay $110+ to get out of.
