My experience began by being called into the exam ON TIME! Marie, my hygienist, was thorough and pleasant. Dr. Chris Proto was thorough and pleasant as well. I left feeling like I got top notch care.

Make sure you guys know what you’re getting out of this office as far as your insurance because they are quick to tell you that they will take your insurance and then turn around and not pay you. I had a cleaning done with them, and they assured me that my insurance was covered with this office. Months went by with no payment and when I reached out to them they kept trying to put the blame on me by saying i didn’t provide proper information, when they in fact had it . I am a fairly new patient at Proto Dental and at this point I have been cared for by both Dr. Proto Junior and Dr. Proto Senior in separate visits. I can wholehearted recommend these two gentlemen for all my dental needs. Not only the doctors, but the entire staff is wonderful! Cathy takes care of my x-rays and cleaning...what a sweet, gentle lady who puts me right at ease (even wanted to make sure I was warm enough). The Proto Dental group are great. From reception to the doctor, the experience was wonderful. I was nervous going in but after meeting the staff I felt at ease.
