My headlights were delivered cross country much quicker than I expected, from California to Tennessee to be precise. After two days, the driver CCFL ballast had went out. I messaged PTL concerning the faulty ballast, and I was almost immediately contacted and assisted. Within days, I received the replacement, and my lights have been working perfectly since!
The lighting package I got from you guys for my 2004 f150 TRANSFORMED the look of my truck, and when getting my lights I got headlights for my step dads 2005 Dodge Ram and he couldn't be happier. thanks guys your fast and dependable service made my day when I got home and popped open those boxes!!
OK here's the info, all in all this is a good product, I did have an issue though. I purchased headlight assemblies and HID bulbs for my 09 GMC in 2014. Shipping was fast and the lights were packaged well. Installation was relatively easy, and the lights worked good for 4 months and the passenger side bulb went out. I used the shipping confirmation email to inform them and they sent out 2 new bulbs.
