Customer service was excellent and the ease of ordering was excellent. Where I took away a star was the fact that your company due to moving allowed fedex to not pickup for 3 business days due to a miscommunication which delayed mine as well as other orders. Someone should have gotten on FedEx the first day shipments weren't picked up. Other than this I was extremely pleased with pro tuning labs for my order.
My order came in earlier than expected and was packaged with care. Parts were complete, in great condition, and were easy to install on my 2011 Honda SI. I will definitley do business with this company again.

Only issue ,it came with no directions. YouTube emailed from customer service after extremely long ( 2 times at 20 minutes each on hold)' Why not put link in box with crossbar or better yet, put on confirmation email
Ordered a pair of halo hid headlights for my 05 1500 ram and a hid kit on Wednesday and it was here Friday, realized I ordered the wrong bulb size and reordered the correct size, took a little longer on shipping, ordered Monday and arrived Saturday, thought that was ridiculous. Over all good product and amazing price would recommend.
Great lights overall. Love the hid lights. I thought the halo rings would be brighter and bluer though.
