I am a picky person and I found them based on a few reviews on forum. I followed the member suggestion, I emailed them a few questions instead of calling (their phone lines are wayyyy too busy), and they are able to reply my email in a few hours. The order went smooth, I placed an order, a headlight with HID package, and the day after I got my tracking number, and 4 days later, they were delivered by FedEx.
