After realizing the aftermarket harness and OEM headlight plug didn't align quite right I modified the plug. After shaving off the alignment tab that's completely unnecessary for a 2014 Ram everything worked as expected. Customer service at PTL is second to none!! It would have been nice to know the plugs didn't mesh properly before I started the installation but PTL straightened me out quickly. Amazing company, great products and better service which are all hard to come by anymore.
