I was looking at a week to get a new relay harness for my H.I.D. headlights PRO TUNING LABS gets the order moving the next day. So Ididnt have to wait 7days. The online experience was great with lots of variety to choose from. Communication was excellent throughout the process except for details on the delivery timeline. Fast delivery was not important so 5-7 days was perfectly acceptable to me (especially since they had a quality product that met my needs). However, the tracking information said my product would arrive on Day 5 so my expectations changed such that by day 5, when I’m looking for the product and it didn’t show, I was now disappointed.
