They resolved my issue today............ protuninglabs.com........refunded full amount.............They messed up my card and had it flagged as fraudulent, then they messed up my order. Then they finally sent me some stuff and defective items, I have pics!... they said they are supposed to be like that, it's not defective it's low qaulity because we sell cheap stuff...that's basically what he said.
