I ordered a pair of headlights and a hid kit over a year ago. One of the ballast or bulbs went out and it was super easy to order new ones. Richard with Customer service helped alot and was very polite

Ordered a passenger side review mirror for my car. After 5 days waiting for it to ship - It finally shipped and another 4 days received the drivers side review mirror. Called to inform them wrong item shipped, then had to submit photos of item received to prove to them it was wrong and then had to give them 2 more days to confirm with shipper that they sent the wrong item.
