The Y-Pipe I purchased for my 2001 Tahoe 5.3L lacked one MAJOR thing from being perfect. The R/H down stream O2 sensor Bung is located 2 inches too far forward and interferes with the cross member which makes installing the sensor impossible. Needless to say, I had to relocate.

The headers arrived early and they looked good. I mean, the welds were solid and the flange was thick. They sent me bolts to install the headers, but they were not the right size. The gasket is a little suspect, so I went with oem gasket. Other than that, headers fit and look good. Thanks

Took only 3 days to deliver, Friday to Monday. Everything came in the package, as well as some L brackets, however I didn’t use them because I didn’t need to. There’s not many instructions videos online, but it’s super easy to install, and even a beginner could do it. Tools needed: 8mm Possibly 10mm 12mm Possibly other size sockets Flathead and Phillips head.
