I ordered a radiator on line on a Saturday, applied for a cancel order and refund before it was shipped or even picked Monday am. Very cordial and professional gentleman processed with only a $2 processing fee. Got it back on my card in 2 days. No problems at all.
Ordered some LED tail lights. They arrived in less than a week. Took thirty minutes to replace and everything works perfectly at cost comparable to the OEM product.
Called in asking for headlight advise and was very pleased with the assistance.

Well since I haven't written a review yet( despite what this service says) and haven't received my headers yet(despite what this service says) I cannot rate Pro Tuning Labs products or service. When I actually receive my headers I'd be happy to rate Pro Tuning Labs about their service and quality. ResellerRatings needs to be a little less aggressive with their marketing strategy is all I have at the moment.
Everything came looking nice, and nothing appears to be missing. I did, however, order Xenon HID bulbs, and was a little confused by the set up for the wiring harness. It'd be nice if it came with instructions to assist with setting up the HID circuit. Otherwise, it's been a lovely experience.
They look good but they don't fit very well no matter how much I adjust they just do not sit into placement as well as any of the others I've gotten. And the adjusters don't work quite like they're supposed to.
Can’t really ask for more than that.
