Website was easy to navigate. One item I wanted was out of stock, which happens but is disappointing. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone to confirm the product came with a conversion kit was a bit rude... He was very knowledgeable but could work on his people skills to keep customers in a better (buying) mood. Wait on my products to see the quality... I have read some conflicting reviews. I am hopeful. I would so far suggest this place to others. Thanks.
