Easy to use and navigate the web site
Easy ordering, great product description and explanation.
Didn't like the fact that I used 10 off 50 on 2 items that were both over 50 and it only gave me 10 off 1 item so I had to separate my order.....i also didn't like that I placed my items in the cart at one price then when I went to check out the item was raised by several dollars

Bought a radiator for my 65 third - top quality. Purchased another radiator for my 52 Chevy pickup - I’m sure it will be top notch as well. Very pleased.
Very easy to order everything and quick too
I would have given 5 stars since the estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days far exceeded the less than 4 days it actually took for us to get the headlights we ordered. But, the instructions that came with the product were absolutely horrible and of no use to us. They were extremely vague, not even for the same product (maybe a later version?), and in black & white (color seems critical when you're considering wire coloring). Great customer experience! I called in and the associate was extremely helpful. Could have gone a cheaper route my but I don't mind spending the extra cost because of the great customer service I experienced.
