I got the package when they said it would come, and it came intact and with everything i need, it didn't have instructions but if it doesn't have instructions then it should be easy enough that i don't need any. It's not as fast as amazon or something but remember you're not buying from amazon. Very good

Made a mistake when I placed my order. The problem was resolved with one short phone call.
The product was just as advertised. All parts were included. The enclosed instruction sheet was completely illegible. I saw an earlier review that also said that, so nothing has been done to correct this problem? I luckily have enough mechanic's savvy to have figured out the installation by meditating over the parts.
