I bought headlamps for a 2014 jetta. They came to me in good time. They look awesome however i wasn't able to get the left light to work. They replaced once and it may be a polarity issue so I requested a refund. The customer service was accommodating and they will issue full refund and all I will need to pay is return shipping. I believe this quite fair since the issue may not be their fault. Just remember that if you receive products from them to keep the original packaging so they can get credit from their suppliers.
