At first I thought that all the bad reviews I had been reading about this website were gonna turnout to be true. I thought they took my money and never shipped my order. I never got an email confirmation or tracking number. But luckily Kevin C provided me with the necessary information as soon as I emailed!
I've ordered from ProTuning several times- it's quick and easy!
I was not able to be home to sign for my package and have renters coming in the next day and could not allow my package to be delivered while I was not there. I reached out to Pro Tuning Lab and wanted to see if they could unlock my order to be delivered to a local FedEx Hub. Jack T. was able to get the job done and have my package delivered so that I can pick it up saving me a lot of time and brainstorming. Thanks Jack!
Great price waiting to see quality.
I ordered a set of mirrors from protuninglab.com on a Wednesday and was immediately given a tracking number for my shipment. Unfortunately the item didn't ship until the following Monday, if they were a little quicker to get the package on the truck they would get five stars. No issues other than that.
I had a burned out HID and I emailed them and within 1 day Kevin had my problem solved and had new lights shipping to my house!
